Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Malibu: Elegance and Efficiency

If you're searching for the perfect mid-size sedan for your family, consider the 2024 Chevy Malibu! The Malibu is available in four different trim levels, each offering distinct features and new attributes. Take a closer look at each of the Malibu's trim levels in this breakdown from our dealership.

The 4 Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Malibu

LS

All of the Malibu's trims, including the LS base trim, come with a 1.5L Turbo engine that delivers 163 horsepower at 5700 rpm and 184 lb.-ft. of torque at 2500-3000 rpm. The LS comes with 16-inch all-season blackwall tires and aluminum wheels, body-color power outside mirrors, and halogen automatic headlamps.

The LS and all higher trims have an 8-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth audio streaming, and SiriusXM compatibility. The LS has 6-way manual controls for the driver and front passenger seats and a 0/40 split-folding rear bench seat.

RS

The Malibu's RS trim has 18-inch all-season blackwall tires with aluminum wheels, front and rear black Chevy bowtie emblems, a black Malibu badge, and a rear spoiler. The black grille with chrome surround gives your RS a striking aesthetic, while the acoustic laminated windshield blocks out excess noise from entering your cabin.

Inside the RS, there's an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar and a 6-way manual front passenger seat. Similar to the LS and all higher trims, the rear bench seat is a 60/40 split that can be folded down on either side to accommodate more cargo.

1LT

The Chevy Malibu 1LT has 17-inch all-season blackwall tires with aluminum wheels, body-color heated power outside mirrors, and automatic halogen headlamps. Remote Start allows you to turn your engine on or off from inside your house or control your cabin's temperature settings before ever entering the vehicle.

The 1LT has an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar controls and a 6-way manual front passenger seat. The 6-speaker audio system amplifies music, radio shows, and more with perfect clarity, while the dual-zone automatic climate control automatically maintains the selected temperature for the driver and front passenger.

2LT

The Chevrolet Malibu's highest trim, the 2LT, comes with 19-inch all-season blackwall tires and aluminum wheels. This trim has automatic headlamps, LED tail lamps, and body-color heated power outside mirrors to prevent fog from obscuring your view.

Inside, there's an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar and a 6-way manual front passenger seat. The Bose premium sound system provides an enhanced listening experience while the heated steering wheel keeps your hands warm in the coldest of months.

4 Essential Services Offered by Your Local Ford Dealer

There are certain types of Ford service you need more than once a year, while you can go longer before getting other types of service. No matter what service you need, you can be certain you can get it at your local Ford dealer. 4 Essential Services Offered by Your Local Ford Dealer 1. General Ford Service Interim, annual, and major service are three types of service you need on a regular basis. You get interim service more than once a year, annual service every 12 months, and major service every 24 months. Each type of service includes different checks and forms of preventative maintenance, and it's important that you don't skip any of them. During interim service, we do things like change your oil and rotate your tires. During annual service, we'll likely need to change your oil and rotate your tires again, and we also perform over 80 checks on different parts of your vehicle. During major service, our checks are even more in-depth than during annual service, and we replace any worn-out parts that need to be replaced, such as the spark plugs and worn electrical wiring. 2. Electrical System Service Your vehicle's electrical system has a lot of different parts that need to be maintained. The battery needs regular checks such as a voltage test and load test, and it needs to be replaced every 3 to 5 years. We need to check on your alternator to make sure the belt isn't loose or worn. We need to make sure the starter is working and in good condition, and if it's not, then we need to replace it. Look out for electrical issues and stop by when one appears. When your electrical system is in disrepair, you might have trouble starting the car, your accessories could start malfunctioning, or your headlights could be dim. 3. Brake Repair There are lots of signs that let you know there's something wrong with your braking system. If you're dealing with reduced braking power, then you may have an air leak in the braking system or a brake fluid leak. If your car pulls to one side when you brake, then your brake linings might have worn down unevenly. If you hear a screeching or grinding sound when you hit the brakes, then you almost definitely need new brake pads. Whether you need a routine brake pad replacement or a major brake repair, our technicians are ready to handle the problem. 4. Fluid Level Checks and Corrections Cars are full of different fluids, all of which need their levels checked. You need top-ups once your fluid levels get low, and you also need different fluid changes at various intervals. Need repairs or maintenance? Visit Clay Maxey Auto Group in Harrison, AR today.
